MR. CHARLES P. NEMFAKOS:
Senior Civilian Official for Financial Management and Comptroller
of the U.S.Navy. During this service, Mr. Nemfakos was
responsible for formulation, presentation, and execution of
the Department of the Navy budget.
MR. WILLIAM GRIMES:
Chief of the Special Projects Division, Aeronautical System
Center, Reconnaissance SPO at Wright-Patterson AFB. This
organization (also known as Big Safari) with its Detachments
and Operating Locations is responsible for the acquisition,
modification and worldwide logistic support of special purpose
weapon systems as directed by HQ USAF.
MR.PATRICK S. SHARP:
Technical Director for the Directorate of Special Programs,
Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Acquisition). Mr. Sharp
has 20+ years of his career involved in classified Special Access
programs involving all the Services and other Government agencies.
MR.CHARLES L. WEINERT:
Thirty years experience in development and implementation of
advanced Muli-spectral sensors. Strategic and tactical concept
development and implementation, systems, avionics, and simulation
program development, hardware and software life cycle development,
real time systems, network and communication, aircraft weapon
system communications design and evaluation.
MR. ROBERT WALLIS:
Executive leader with 30 years of experience in federal law
enforcement/administration; 16 years of progressive experience
in responsibility and accomplishments as Special Agent in Charge
of ICE, Regional Director, and District Director. Strategic
pacesetter skilled in defining, developing, and executing plans
to reorganize, reposition, and/or build an organization. Among
his many accomplishments were: headed up security for the 2002
US Olympics in Utah, helped develop the transitional plan for
Dept of Justice law enforcement entities to merge into Homeland
Security, and established the Visa Security Plan for the Dept
of Homeland Security.
MR. KIP HUNTER:
Retired from the National Reconnaissance Office as an Air Force
O-6. He served as the first ever liaison officer for the Air
Force Space Warfare Center, as the Director of the Data Fusion
Facility, and as the Director for Special Projects working directly
for the Deputy Director of the NRO. He was the NRO rep. to the
J-39 during the Kosovo Conflict and was designated a “super
user” for Joint and Service IW programs. He coordinated
and led a teaming of the NRO, CIA, DIA and SOCOM to work special
projects against deeply buried Underground Targets.
Twenty years as a tactical fighter pilot. Highlights include:
Chief, weapons and tactics 4th wing (P) Al Kharj Air Base Saudi
Arabia, flew as a Mission Force leader or flight lead for over
50 combat missions during Desert Storm.
Combat Advisor, U.S. Military Group, El Salvador, One of 12
special up-country regional combat advisors to the Salvadoran
Military. Flew 400 combat missions
Business infrastructure/Political Lobby support
SPRY METHODS:
Develop corporate infrastructure and manage all aspects of the
business. Spry Networks is in the business of providing information
technology and financial management support services to commercial
and government customers. The company provides information technology,
financial management, and accounting support services to the
Strategic Systems Programs command of the U.S. Navy. Other representative
projects include systems integration for the Pentagon renovation
and PeopleSoft implementation for the U.S. Treasury. Commercial
clients include Marsh McLennan & Companies, Time/Life Direct
Holdings, Inc., Scholastic Book Fairs, and Education Testing
Services.
MS. PATRICIA DRISCOLL
Patricia has spent the majority of her career in the narcotics
and intelligence world. While working abroad, many issues came
up at home that brought her to Washington DC, where over the last
9 years she has developed strong relationships in the House, Senate,
and the White House. Her strongest ally’s are the
Armed Services Committee, Appropriations, Ways and Means, the
Homeland Security Committee, and the Intelligence Committee.
Here are a few of the things she has been involved in over the
past few years:
- Became an advisor for the field directors of Border Patrol
and Customs to Congress and Headquarters Border Patrol and
US Customs
- Testified before Congress on small business issues regarding
Homeland Security
- Was paid by the British Embassy to go on a speaking tour
of England regarding "Doing Business with Homeland Security".
I was the panel expert on the law enforcement section as well
as the security and intelligence components.
- Was invited to be a panel expert for the intelligence field
for the Dept of Defense summit on Small Business at the Pentagon.
- Panel advisor for State Dept. to the Ambassador for Human
Trafficking
- Congressional advisor for narcotics, trafficking, immigration,
and border protection
